Dawn Light
The low clouds danced among the peaks and the sun slowly started to rise above the horizon in
the Western sky. With the snowy peak in the distance, patches of white lupine strewn
throughout the basin were absolutely breathtaking. I knew this scene was nothing other than
spectacular and unique, given the extremely rare bloom of white lupine! The glow of the rising
sun in the stormy sky began to grow warm and soft. I couldn’t have imagined a more idyllic
scene, something I had not yet seen captured before.
