As a manner of expression, I often find myself compelled by obvious beauty in images where beauty is looked at with an alternative perspective. This burnt pine grove left this landscape very black with soot from a recent fire. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t take a second look, however, with recent heavy snowfall; the composition was stark and extremely dramatic! The type of drama only nature can create when two very powerful forces collide and they truly made for an unforgettable moment, where creativity took over and I shot this longer exposure to generate this magical moment.
