The hills of Central California began to grow a lush green, as spring progressed it was apparent that something special was certain to be soon revealed. One morning while everyone was at work, I took to the hills… The sun hadn’t yet come up and the quiet of pre-dawn was still in the air. I got set up and had the perfect composition in mind for when the sun began to illuminate the scene! With a gentle breeze the lupine flowers gave off this most intoxicating aroma, slightly sweet, incredibly floral and they just made you smile from ear to ear. I stood there in silence as the songbirds began to fill the air with their beautiful songs. I was truly invigorated and overjoyed that I was able to see such a beautiful scene such as this. As in unison everything was in perfect peak bloom and standing tall for the perfect capture!
