Ridgeway Enchantment

This view of the San Juan Mountain range is nothing short of mesmerizing! There was a carpet of bright yellow balsamroot as far as the eye could see. While this pasture is normally dried up, parched and dead, on this beautiful spring morning, life was certainly a spectacle to behold! With a soft cool breeze blowing, the stormy clouds began to catch the light of the dawning day. Poised at the ready, shadows stretching long across the range, I captured this absolutely stunning scene of this awe-inspiring setting tucked away in a quiet place along the Western slope!
