Summers Eve

With spring fading into yesterday and the warm sunny days beginning to illuminate the future, I set my sights on my hometown of Laguna… Its rhythmic shoreline and magical seascapes came into view and after spending several months out in the mountains, I was able to see this stretch of coastline from a new perspective. Wanting to capture old Laguna in a way in which captures its age-old charm and classic Southern California vibes, these beach strewn palms were the perfect setting for this shot composed just below the very popular Heisler Park area. The sun dipped below the horizon and I waited for just the right moment to click the shutter on a perfect shoreline scene that really evokes the essence of Laguna Beach perfectly!
