VERBENA DUNE
With the recent rains, the sand verbena began to bloom. They only grow in the desert sand in very arid climates! This image was so perfect, it struck me as almost surreal. I sat there high on this dune in the twilight with my son, Wyatt, by my side as we composed this image against the night sky. Moments such as these will live within me for all my days and the memories I make with my boy will echo within me forever as time that I will always cherish.
