As the set in the Western sky, the rain clouds gave way to a gentle light that glowed across the ridges of this high mountain range! The wind had all but came to a stop and everything was simply breathless! I composed this shot through a series of seven photographs that I stitched together to create this dramatic panoramic shot of a secluded private ranch basin tucked into Colorado high country. A moment where the cottonwoods were lit with gold and the ridges were covered in orange aspen leaves! Everything was perfect in this shot and I highly anticipated shooting here for well over six years. Finally, everything came together just right as the dappled light put the finishing touches on this majestic landscape!
