Since I was a child, the magic of the desert never ceases to amaze and delight me with a sense of wonderment. This very place evokes a sense of mystery with its cool spectrum of tones over the millennia of erosion! As the sun set across the badlands, everything turned from cool gray tones to wildly soft blues. I was mesmerized by the drama that plays out each evening, given the right lighting, and so pleased to be there to capture this moment!
