Eminent Glow

For three days, the rain fell consistently and I just knew we were in for a treat! Snow fell in the hottest deserts and rain filled basins all across the Mojave. As the giant frontal system began to pass overhead, the water began to pool up in the low-lying basins and created the most magical reflections and epic light conditions! This particular frontal system left a slight hole in the sky, enough for what I can only describe as a warm halo glowing above the most prominent snow-covered peaks! The drama and monochromatic mood here was so compelling that I literally fell in love with it!
