Harmony

After watching weather models for the prior few months leading up to this moment, I knew that the rain in the Sonoran desert was about to reveal something incredibly special! The desert floor was about to reveal a bloom so extremely rare and ever so fleeting. As spring progressed, the sprouts began to mature rapidly and the bloom was imminent as temperatures were perfect! Right as it was nearing peak, I silently slipped away from all the hustle and bustle to capture one of my favorite little flowers! The lupine covering the desert surrounded by Saguaro cactus was truly remarkable and left me invigorated with a sense of renewal. This was unlike any desert scene I have ever had the opportunity to capture before and I was very fortunate to have been there to witness such a remarkable moment in time!
